Ramona Oaks RV Park offers monthly residency options for qualified guests. To begin the application process, please contact our office at (760) 788-3085 to request a monthly residency application.

Application Requirements

Please complete the application in its entirety. Each non-married adult must submit a separate application. Incomplete applications or applications containing false information will not be considered.

Please include copies of the following with your application:

- Valid Driver's License, State ID, or Passport

- Current RV, motorhome, or trailer registration

- Proof of income (please provide two of the most recent documents), such as: Paycheck stubs, Bank statements, Social Security benefit statements, Disability benefit statements, Award letters, Other acceptable proof of income

- A current photo of your RV, motorhome, or trailer

- Photos of any pets (if applicable)

Completed applications may be:

Delivered to the Community Manager, or

Please allow 2–3 business days for application processing.

Security Deposit: $200

Propane Refills: Available on-site (additional fees apply; prices are subject to change)

Reservation Policies

A one-night deposit and a valid major credit card are required to secure all reservations.

All major holiday weekends require a three-night minimum stay.

Reservations without a deposit are subject to rate changes.

Specific sites may be requested, but site numbers cannot be guaranteed.

Discounts may not be combined.

No refunds are given after check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Regular reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit the one-night deposit.

Holiday reservations canceled within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the one-night deposit.

Reservations may be moved to new dates at no charge if changed more than 48 hours before arrival.

Reservation changes made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a $5 change fee.

Check-In Requirements

Please present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

Only RVIA-certified RVs are permitted.

RVs must be in fair to good condition. Management reserves the right to refuse future stays for RVs that do not meet park standards.

Only one RV is permitted per campsite.

Occupancy & Visitors

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests per RV site.

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests per tent site.

Each site includes parking for 2 vehicles.

Additional vehicles are $25 per vehicle.

All visitors must register with the office before entering the park.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome (breed restrictions may apply).

Dogs must remain leashed at all times, except inside the designated dog park.

Cats must remain indoors unless leashed or in a carrier.

Pets are not permitted in buildings, pavilion tents, the pool area, or the playground.

Please notify us if you are traveling with a service animal so we can note it on your reservation.

Campground Rules

Smoking is prohibited in all buildings, cabins, pavilion tents, the pool area, and the playground.

Tarps are not permitted.

Sleeping in vehicles outside of your registered RV is not permitted.

Vehicle and RV washing or repairs are prohibited unless approved by management.

Hunting and recreational firearms are strictly prohibited.

Wood-burning fires are not allowed. Only propane and charcoal grills or fire pits are permitted.

Holiday Surcharge

A $5 per night holiday surcharge applies to all accommodations during the following holiday weekends:

Presidents' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's

LEGALITIES

Ramona Oaks assumes no responsibility or liability for personal injury, loss or damage to the property of its guests. Please remember to lock up personal items if left unattended. Any damage done to any of the RV resort property will be the financial responsibility of the registered guest.

Ramona Oaks has a zero-tolerance policy for any abusive behavior, language, or rudeness toward any staff member or guest. If you violate this rule, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued.

Rates are subject to change at any time.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone. Your signature on the check-in form acknowledges your agreement to the above rules.
